its normal temperature, trust me. At first I was of my own blood, tampons fear. I was so scared! I jumped painted my sex education at school Elementry. Big mistake! Although it may seem unpleasant, brutal, frightening. appropriate, since the circle, and I admit it. It sucks! Are confronted with the reality that the best thing we can do to learn everything you can ask a trusted adult and ask questions! the best way not to be afraid is to be prepared. Many girls are, how long, but if you are sick in the stomach just thinking about the blood of a phobia can be nervous. The fear of blood called phobia 'blood injection injury, and often causes a feeling of dizziness, nausea, fainting, or people who have. It is totally abnormal, many people, but can be very painful. I want to ask your parents.

Meanwhile, nobody says, you should use a buffer. Many women go through life with only the pads and nothing else. Do not let peer pressure to use tampons, either. It is a personal decision, and there is no wrong answer. If you have your rules, I doubt that it will be as painful as you're concerned about. But if so, seek help from their parents, as it can bEA phobia.
